Our services are offered based on their accessibility and the prevailing weather conditions. We hold the right to change or cease services whenever deemed necessary.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservations, you are required to:

  • Be of minimum 18 years of age
  • Submit complete and correct information
  • Remit the stipulated deposit as given in your booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking is subject to our receipt of payment and issuance of our written confirmation. Service provision is at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter services are dependent on vessel availability and favorable weather conditions. We strive to accommodate your charter requests on your preferred dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are presented in € and include all relevant taxes unless specified otherwise. Pricing is subject to change without advance notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: A payment of 50% of the overall charter cost is required upon reservation
  • Remaining Balance: Must be paid 48 hours in advance of the charter's departure
  • Any extra costs (if applicable): Payable after the charter ends

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a range of payment options including major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified cheques. Payments are processed via secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • With more than 72 hours notice before departure: Full reimbursement minus transaction charges
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% of the booking amount is refundable
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refunds provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In instances where the captain decides weather conditions are too hazardous, we may offer:

  • An alternative date for the charter at no extra fee
  • A full refund if we cannot reschedule

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there are mechanical issues with the assigned vessel, our aim is to arrange an appropriate replacement. If this isn't possible, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Adhere to instructions from the crew
  • Use provided safety gear when instructed
  • Disclose any health-related issues impacting their safety
  • Stay within the vessel's designated safe areas

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed on board:

  • Glasswares
  • Unlawful materials
  • Firearms or any form of weapons
  • Excessive quantities of beverages (beyond a reasonable amount for personal consumption)
  • Animals (unless approval is obtained in advance)

6.3 Conduct

Guest behavior should be respectful at all times. We reserve the authority to end a charter prematurely, without refund, if guest actions create a threat to safety or cause disturbance to others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is restricted to the payment received for your charter. We are not liable for:

  • Personal injuries due to a guest's own negligence
  • The loss or destruction of personal belongings
  • Indirect or punitive damages
  • Delays resulting from weather or unforeseeable events beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive marine insurance for our vessels and operations is maintained by us. Individual travel and personal insurance are the responsibility of the passengers.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our charters signifies your understanding of the inherent hazards of maritime activities and your acceptance of personal responsibility for your security and safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Alterations to itineraries, routes, or schedules may happen due to weather considerations, safety needs, or operative necessities. We will make efforts to provide equivalent alternative experiences when necessary.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held accountable for any interruptions, cancellations, or changes brought on by factors beyond our control, inclusive of, but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Governmental decrees
  • Port impositions
  • Technical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We manage your private data in adherence to our Privacy Policy. Service usage implies consent to the collection and usage of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

12. Governing Law

These Terms are ruled by the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be settled in the courts within Valletta, Malta.
